Hello everyone,
I am experiencing a persistent image shifting/misalignment issue with my HP DesignJet T790 plotter. I have attached photos showing the problem (staggered lines/misaligned print).
Steps already taken:
1.I have replaced the encoder strip with a new one, but the issue persists.
2.I have visually inspected the carriage belt. It appears to be in good condition (no visible fraying), however, it has not been replaced in over 7 years.
Any suggestions or advice from the community or those who have solved this before would be greatly appreciated.
