Product: ExampHP DesignJet T830 le: Pavilion 65XX

Anyone know why I do not have any of the printer options such as draft/quality mode? On the PC I have numerous printer features/options but on the MAc everything prints in draft mode.

Have you installed all of the HP drivers and Utilities? There should be no reason you cannot select the print quality level you want, but that said, the designjet utilities are there to assist in getting the output you are seeking.

Yes, I have installed the utility but all that gives me is printer/ink maintenance and stuff.
