Good morning, from an architect client who owns a T830 plotter a strange thing happens and that is: usually he creates drawings with different types of CAD graphics programs and then saves them in PDF format. What occurs is the following anomaly: as long as he prints a small drawing of 1-2 meters in length the plotter performs the printing perfectly, otherwise if he tries to print a drawing of longer lengths, the plotter starts printing only the first 10 -20 centimeters of the drawing and then it stops and without printing anything else it starts to expel meters and meters of paper which it then cuts at the end.
This happens from all PCs both with OS Windows 7 and with Windows 10. The only way to be able to print these long formats is through the HP Click app but that the customer does not want to use because it finds it uncomfortable.
I honestly don't understand why this happens and I would like your help to solve it. Thanks

Hello,
Try reducing the raster resolution to 300dpi:
Printer Driver -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Max Application Resolution
This has been reported to work in other Designjet printers, and will likely apply to the T830.
Best,
Martí
