Product: HP DesignJet T830 MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have the problem that the plotter does not always print all four surrounding borders around the maps we're printing. We are using BricsCAD to create the maps but by plotting, it often cut the borderline which is plottet at last. However, sometimes all borderlines are missing, besides9 they are shown in the preview of the CAD software. Hence, I guess the problem occurs in the printer driver but after installing the newest version, the problem is still happenig.

Most of my clients have taken to converting drawings to PDF and printing that way for the most reliable results.
