Hi folks,

I am using Bluebeam to print to the HP DesignJet T830 plotter printer.

Currently, whatever print settings I set on Bluebeam, the T830 prints something else.

For instance, when I set the Bluebeam printer setting to 'autorotate 90', the end result is not what I was expecting.

The goal is that I want bluebeam's print settings to take precedence over the HP printer settings but right now, it looks like whatever settings HP has is the final product.

How can I stop HP from hijacking the bluebeam printer settings?

  • I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the printer drivers.
  • tried power cycling the printer
  • Unchecked letting windows 11 manage the printer

I suspect it might be the HP Print Preview driver but before I try uninstalling, I thought I'd ask here.

Many of my clients that use BlueBeam export the drawing as a PDF and then print using HP Click Software.
