Hi

We got a new Windows 2022 Server. When trying to configure Scan2Network, I always get following error: Incorrect credentials. Check your username/password and try again. Password and Username are correct (tested several times). The rights on the Share are correctly set. I tried \\IP\Folder1\Scanner_T830 as well as \\IP\Scanner_T830. My Windows server says following:

Status: The attempted logon is invalid. This is either due to a bad username or authentication information. (0xC000006D)
SPN: session setup failed before the SPN could be queried
SPN Validation Policy: SPN optional / no validation

On the printer itself are SMB1/2/3 active. I've tried also to deactivate the older protocolls. Without success. SMBv1 is activated.

I've executed as well following PS-commands:

Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters" SMB1 -Type DWORD -Value 1 -Force

Set-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters" SMB2 -Type DWORD -Value 1 -Forc

I also set manually by GPO the NTML behavior. Also no success...

Any ideas, what could resolve my issue?

Thanks and regards

Marcel

For the user name are you using the FQDN login or just a user name.

Example:  domain\username   (where domain may be an actual domain or just the workstation where the folder is located)

compared to just: username

I tried DOMAIN\username as well as only username (as it is now configured and working on our outgoing Win 2012 R2 server).

What I didn't tried yet is username@fqdn.
