HP DesignJet T830 stuck at white screen on startup.

Unplugged then plugged it back didn't resolve the issue

Power off from switch also not resolving the issue.

Tried the "press and hold the power button......" fix but issue remained the same.

Unplug the printer and wait 30 seconds. Plug back in and wait 30 seconds, if you hear three beeps then there is a problem with the control panel or the cabling for the control panel. If you hear one long beep, there is a problem with electronics. Open the left front door (cutter access door, there may be a screw holding it shut) and check the heartbeat led circled in red below. If there is no light or it does not flash, the main PCA will need replacement. Reseat all cabling before replacing any hardware parts. If when you turn the printer on you hear the carraige move then the control panel is most likely bad.
