A carriage issue could be as simple as some waste paper in the travel path of the print head. Open the top cover and check for any obstructions or debris.

It's not listed in the list of error codes, but it seems that you have 02:10 carriage assembly problem.

Hi

Thank you all of the people that I have responded very grateful for all your help.

The issue code was correct.

Also the carriage issue was also correct.

It turns out the carriage area where the print head is located the clip some how got stuck under the HP's metal frame from the inside. After carefully removing it and placing the clip back on with a help from a colleague the issue was fixed.

Thank you

Maz
