Good day!

 

I'm trying to print using my Windows 10 machine but I'm always getting a 61:05 Error when sending jobs to the HP Designjet 500 42 inch model. Have you guys found any solution for this issue?

HP Recommended

Check to see if your printer has a HPGL 2 card if so you can go on the HP web site and look for Designjet 510 drivers in there you will find Designjet 500 + HPGL 2 driver.

If you do not have a HPGL 2 card you could try and purchase one.
