Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When printing my Magenta will stop printing and starts to show banding on print. I have replaced the Ink cartridge and print head both new but the problems still occurs. Looking for suggestions on next steps to resolve this problem.

Hello.

Check the ink tube. Mabe it is clogged.
