HP Designjet L26500
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

Currently, we are having printing problems with our HP Designjet L26500.  I have attached two pictures for reference (printhead #4 specifically is what I'm talking about).  The yellow is not printing correctly; it is discoloring and creating rows in my prints.  At first, I thought it was the printhead, but I changed out the printhead twice, and still no success.  Please let me know if anyone can help!

Thank you,

As seen on pictures - you may have problem with other printhead - the C/LC  (2-nd for example) printing solid cyan instead C/LC or fist very pale cyan....have you cleaned all PH's and contacts in carriage? Switch printheads first (their places) and check result. Check tubes for leaking and where the printhead needle is going into, keep in mind sometimes PH's are defective, no matter they're brand new...
