Product: HP Designjet T100

Hi,

I wondered if anyone knew the service pin for the HP Designjet T100 running newer software. I attempted a "hard reset" for the entire MVN process to attempt and fix an ink issue. I have tried the old pin (3174) that I used to use for this function.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?
