HP Designjet T210 code B86C609E came up when cleaning print heads and 'stuck' with blue screen - Can't get off that screen with code. Plots had small gaps (regularly spaced) so I ran clean print heads - and stopped gave me this code. Not finding it anywhere.

I had the same exact thing (with identical code) happen to me when cleaning the printheads of a DesignJet T630.  I unplugged the printer then plugged it back in.  It booted normally, but then informed me that I turned off the printer incorrectly (one is supposed to use the power button as indicated on the code's blue screen of death).

Then I was able to clean the printhead (several times) without further incident - in my case the black printhead was super clogged.  But I got it cleaned up.
