HP DesignJet T2600dr 36-in PostScript Multifunction Printer

So i installed a new printhead into an already printing T2600. THis machine only has 4400 sq ft on it. So the TUBES is not the issue. I did a diagnostic on all the IDS parts to nmake sure there was no leaks or bad components. I had to check to see if the ink was loading in the printhead and all the inks are present on the little windows on the top of the printhead. All components passed their diagnostics  tests. I have been getting this on most of our new T1600-T2600 printer series. Where the old printhead would ask to be replaced. Then put in the new printhead it goes through the setup and at the end fails the printhead and can't reset it or troubleshoot what happened. No bubbles present in the lines. I went into my service mode and tried to do and anything i could to see if i could reset it. Do you just have to use a NEW printhead to see if the other new printhead was bad >? I mean we are talking $1600 in printheads if we are looking at just troubleshoooting a simple printhead issue! what is being done?!  This is getting rediculouse if i have to RMA a printhead with HP each time because i have to sit on the Phone with support for an hour. If anyone can tell me why the new printheads are so crap. I would love to see an improvement. Would love to go back to the multi printhead system that doesn't cost $800 a printhead.
