We're getting this error here:

We tried taking the ink cartridge out and noticed that it was leaking ink.  We cleaned it, replaced it with genuine HP cartidges and they're showing a green checkmark in the HP web portal but we still get this message that we can't seem to remove.  Tried restarting it by pulling the power but no luck.

 

I thought about doing a factory reset but it doesn't appear to be an option in the printer's web setup portal.  Users state that they can't get past this error either on the physical screen.  Any ideas?
