I just unpacked my HP DesignJet T650.  I went to print the alignment sheet and it printed but then claimed there is a Carriage Jam.  I have cleared out all paper, there was nothing jammed.  I have followed the steps on the printer screen.  The Carriage Jam keeps popping up.  I turned off the printer and even unplugged it and still the error message is coming up.  Please help.
