HP DesignJet Z2100 24-in Photo Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Designjet Z2100 Printer's display is showing a blank white screen. I've rebooted it and attempted to install drivers but the printer's display is still blank white. Additionally, whenever I try to print anything from the printer, it returns the error message saying the full page print failed. How can I get the printer working?

If you have unplugged the printer and left it for five minutes and then powered it up and still get the same error then you need to check the cabling from the control panel to the main PCA. If that is OK then parts are replaced in the following order

1. Foirmatter

2. Main PCA

3. Front Panel

Only replace one component at a time with new parts. Used parts pulled from another machine can trigger 59 errors.
