Hope You guys can assist. I bought a used Z3200PS. After I got the printer serviced, (new belt) and cleaned, I got a 79:04 error. I went to the forums and read "change the formatter" did that.. now getting the 01.0.10 error. Then I read change Main PCA .. did that no change.. Put the old formatter back got 79:04 error. Put the new formatter back get 01.0.10. Then I read change PrintMech.. did that, and no change. The old formatter gets 79:04, new formatter gets 01.0.10. After I opened the right side for access to the printmech i noticed it was REV B. My formatters are REV A and my printer model is Q6719A. Checking to see if anyone has any suggestions. Already spent more $$$$ than i should have. Willing to try one thing more before a drive to the Dump.

Revision A and Revision B use different formatters and do not appear to be interchangeable.
the most reliable way to ensure you get the right part is to go to partsurfer.hp.com and enter the serial number of your plotter to get a list of device specific parts.

Thanks for the information. I went to the part surfer site and collected the information for the printer. The parts list is here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jM6zB4eaRI2mWSKWcCmd-jfOAKXpOLXNjd6Z7i9gGjo/edit?usp=sharing
Looks like the printer does have a Rev B printmech (see Row 2). The formatter part number is Q6718-60047. Looks like the ones I have does not match exactly. It's kinda crazy that the board that I purchased the printer with and the new one are the same part number.
I am checking to see if I can locate a good Q6718-60047 part as a last-ditch effort to move beyond those errors.
