Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all,

I have to deliever a T630 and the customer wants to use HP e-print. So I've been testing it with a technical drawing pdf file.

The drawing has landscape format on the screen and is to wide to fit on the paper-roll so the printer prompts a warning where you can continue the print (with one side cut off naturally). Ok. So I know you have to send the plot wit the correct orientation so that it can fit on the paper. There is no "Automatic rotation" with e-print.

So i've rotated the drawing 90°. But then when I send it with e-print nothing at all happens. No message on the printer and no print. When I send this plan in landscape again with e-print nothing happens to. I have to switch off the printer. Is it possible that printer "hangs up". It's all quite obscure to me.

What are your experiences! What do I have to consider that it will work properly?
