Enter the ink menu and select "replace printheads".  Once the head moves to the replace position, turn off the power via the back switch on the plotter. Remove all printheads and clean the carriage contacts and printhead contacts. Leaving the printheads out, close the printhead access door, move the carriage to the right by pulling on the carriage belt till it bumps on the right. Unload the paper from the paper path. Clean the encoder strip. Power on the printer and when prompted, press ok and replace the printheads. If one shows up faulty at this point you will need to replace it.
