Hello,

We have an old Designjet 510 42 inch that we would like to continue using due to its immaculate condition. However, since a few weeks, printing via USB with the software "HP Instant Printing (Vers.3.6.0.998)" no longer works. We suspect this is due to a Windows update. Everything works so far, settings and preview, etc. But when you place the print order, the status bar of the rendering goes to about 80 per cent and then gets stuck. Nothing is printed and the application can only be closed with the task manager. The printouts via network still work, but we have no preview in the print dialogue and would therefore like to continue working with the software. We have installed the universal HPGL driver.
