HP Latex 335 Printer

Good day, please help me understand the problem.

Initially, the issue was that the printer, after being turned on and starting to print, would soon display an error for the 6th printhead Y-M. The error code was 0x100008. There were printing artifacts like the ones in the photo. Replacing or swapping the printheads did not resolve the error, regardless of whether the printhead was new or previously used. After turning the printer off and letting it sit for 30 minutes or longer, simply replacing or swapping the printheads would clear the error. The printer could then print for 1 to 3-5 hours before the same issue would occur again. Sometimes it could print continuously for 4-5 hours, and other times it would fail after half an hour. The error could only be cleared by replacing or swapping the printhead after turning the printer off and letting it sit. Very rarely, simply turning the printer off and on again would resolve the issue.

This issue has been discussed here: https://lkc.hp.com/forum/printers/hp-latex-335-printhead-issue-whats-the-cause-2 and here: https://lkc.hp.com/forum/general-topics/hp-latex-335-printhead-issue-whats-the-cause.

The problem went away after replacing the magenta cartridge with a new one. The previous cartridge was significantly expired, and we barely finished using it. After installing a fresh cartridge, the issue with the printhead disappeared. We didn’t even change the printhead. After several months of trouble-free printing, the 6th printhead Y-M stopped being recognized again. The error code is now 0x000008.

The situation initially developed the same way as before, but then it worsened quickly. The printhead would only be recognized after running the PCA carriage test in diagnostic mode. During the test, all printheads were removed, and after the test was completed, the printer was restarted in normal mode, and all printheads were reinstalled. This would make the printhead recognizable. After several such tests, the printhead stopped being recognized altogether. Neither old nor brand new, unused printheads (all original, no refurbished ones) are being recognized.

Another point: the PCA carriage test, after successfully completing the carriage voltage test (Vpp3), ends with error 55:11 and the printer restarts. As far as I understand, this is a linear sensor error. The sensor has already been cleaned. In diagnostic mode, the linear sensor test passes successfully. This error has never occurred during printing or color calibration.

Do you have any ideas on how to accurately diagnose the cause of the problem and whether there is a connection between the linear sensor error and the issue with printhead initialization?

P. S. An interesting observation: today the temperature in the room dropped to 22 degrees, and the head was determined, before that it stayed above 25 degrees for several days, and the head was not determined at all. Is there any connection with this?
