Product: Latex 570
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an error on my printer while printing. error 42:10. I already clean an lubricate the carriage rod.

 

When I manually move the carriage sometimes it move freely and some times it feels like its stock at some points. Is this may be the motor or something on the carriage?

you have to contact tech support, the problem is in the Scan-axis motor or cables there..
