Product: HP Latex 64 Cutting Solution
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

 

I have an issue with HP Latex 64 cutter.

I installed a software for the device on both Window 10 & 11.

The software can find the cutter but cutter keeps refusing connection.

Therefore, I used USB cable and the software can not find the cutter.

Please share your thought.
