Product: HP SD Pro 44 inch Scanner
Operating System: Other

I have an HP SD Pro 44 inch Scanner that I am setting up onto a corporate network. When I attempt to add a network folder to the destinations list (path and account info verified by the corporates IT Dept) I get the following error:

 

56-63

Unable to create network mapping. Please check that your entered settings are valid and that the network is working.

 

Am I missing something here? The remainder of system is functioning correctly, I can perform a scan to the onboard storage, I can scan-to-email!

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Aaron,

 

Try my example below for the "network folder destination config"

 

Host: \\Server\share or try \\IP\share

 

Username: domain\user

Pass: LDAP password for domain user

 

Label: Name it whatever you prefer
