Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Support Assistant cannot detect my HP Officejet pro 7720 wide format All-In-One printer. Everything else on my PC can find it and I have no problem printing. Just Support Assistant cannot detect it??

Any help appreciated.

@VfouR, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

You may try to reinstall the up[dated version of HP Support Assistant from here.

 

If the issue persists, use HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue or check for updates.

Click here to download the file. 

 

If the printer has no issues and is working fine, you need not update the drivers. This is done only when the printer has issues while printing or scanning.
