HP T100 plots fine, but cutter jams after each plot. Just started happening. Followed prompts on digital display, removed paper scraps from behind ink carriage and pulled roll out from behind. Worked fine for couple plots and then resumed jamming/tearing. User manual refers to cutter groove, but doesn't mention how to access it to clear it. Please advise how to resolve tearing jamming issue.

I feel this is a mechanical issue and not a software issue. Furthermore, my drafting software, AutoCad 2016LT, is incompatible with Windows 11, so updating to Windows 11 is not an option.

If you are also having chattering noises then likely there is a broken gear in the cutter assembly, very common point of failure. If you want to physically check you need to remove the cutter and the carefully remove screws to examine the cutter gears. If one is broken, like the picture below you have two options: replace the cutter or buy a third party replacement gear off of ebay or Amazon.
