Hello. I have just installed a new plotter, T120. I would like to plot from Autocad 2016LT on my HP laptop. I think the plotter has set upcorrectly but I don't seem to be able to correctly install the drivers on laptop (windows 10 64 bit) to print using wireless connection. In printers and scanners it finds the printer but states "driver is unavailable". I have tried to install the driver myself but without luck so far. Is this a common problem and how do I go about fixing it? There didn't seem to be very much in the way of literature/ software on the disk or website that the disk linked to. Please can I get some help, I tried hp online chat but they couldn't support it?! Thank you.

Hi thank you for replying. I have tried those drivers but they don't seem to work. I get a windows connect and wifi channel error thing pop up in the corner and dissappear whatever that means, I didn't expect it to be so difficult installing a new printer on an almost new laptop, I will try and call support when I get a minute. Thank you for replying and helping.
