Product: 1VD87A T1700 44" PS

Hello,

 

We have a HP DJ T1700 that is stuck on the logo screen and we cannot get past.  Have tried reloading fiemware but cannot access the menu.  Not sure where to go from here.

Unload all supplies, paper, ink and printheads and restart the printer.

Same issue after removing everything.  Did remove the HDD and received an HDD error but that is the only change.
