Hi there I have the large 44” T770 and it keeps showing error 22:13 restart printer. After restarting the same issue repeats itself and will not go any further. Any help appreciated.

Hello.

The plotter has a fault with ink supply station.

Go to service manual and entry on service IDS diagnostic. if it fails then change the station.

Thank you very much for this Jorge. It Fails on movement every time, it passes all Other tests Performed and it dies move across but shows failed to perform movement. I’ve checked there’s no instructions and it seems to move freely by hand. The actual error code is 21:13. Thanks again for your help

Hello.

The error 21:13 is the service station too but in some case the a bad movement of the carriage over the service station produces this error then You must check carriage belt and pulley belt condition. You can try movement the carriage with your hand with the plotter off. if you feel that there is a lot of friction in the movement check de pulley belt this is locate on the left hand. Remove the left hand cover and see. usually the shaft of the pulley breaks.

So let me know and good luck.

Best regard.
