First time turning on our new HP DesignJet Z6810 and we are having ink cartridge issues. When installing the Yellow ink, the plotter beeps, as its supposed to, however, an error keeps coming up; 26.4:01 Reseat Yellow cartridge.

I attempted to reseat the cartridge over and over, but the same error occurs.

Is this because the ink is faulty? It is a brand new cartridge, so I hope not..

Is there a way to bypass the ink set up and continue with the rest of the plotter set up?

Appreciate the help

Hello @msk127

As per the code 26.4:01 the issue is related to a broken bag in the Yellow cartridge, and to continue the setup the printer will need a new one, as you said this is a new printer I will suggest you contacting HP so they can assist you resolving the issue.
