HP click application not printing

Hello,

I'm having trouble printing .pdf files via HP click app on my HP DesignJet T630 plotter. Everything was working fine yesterday and today i can't print the same files i printed yesterday. There were no Windows or network updates in the mean time, and i can print normaly directly from my Autocad application so it's not a connection issue. Everything is up to date and I already reinstalled everything. I'm also sending the picture of my HP click app when I'm trying to print:

I have the same issue with the newest click update on my T-2530. I can print directly from windows or bluebeam only the HP click newest version give me an error when sending file. I deleted the hp click program installed an old version and it works fine now. just don't update.

I used the version 4.6.47

Hm, that's strange, I had no problems downloading. Did you delete previous versions of the application?

Yes, I did... And restarted afterwards

I had the same problem and found a solution when I clicked Get Help. From there, I followed the support steps and then used Click Here to open the fix instructions. After that, the HP Click application printed normally again. Hopefully that helps you get it working too.
