HP DesignJet T830 36-in Multifunction Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have an HP DesignJet T830  36inch, wide format printer.  HP Click suddenly stopped working this week (Dec 4, 2023). We can not send any architectural plans to print. I believe it correlated with an update to HP Click.  We only receive an error that states, " Print error". There is no error number attached to it.  We have contacted IT, uninstalled software, reinstalled software, turned off printer, unplugged printer, turned off computers, HP remoted into our computer, etc. All to no avail. Even spent 2 hours on phone with HP support and they couldn't fix it.  From them we could only send an email with a few attachments to HP Click support. WE did not get an HP Click phone number to contact.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how you have fixed the problem?  Some computers have windows 10, others have windows 11.

Same with me yesterday on a T830 36. Nothing but error printing in click. Installed an older version of click, worked. Im sure there is a bug in the upgraded click.
