Product: HP DesignJet T850 36-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, we have the following error code on our DesignJet T850 F0.01.01.02.

 

Before getting an engineer out I thought I would give the firmware an update to see if this fixed the error but there is no USB port on the Device to do this. Is someone able to post a picture or tell me where it could be or should be because it is not next to the control panel.
