21.13 error code, will not reset. Will replacing the carriage station fix my issue?  Thanks.

that error code is related to service station....not with carriage box  you should remove the right cover.... check the

service station is there any paper or other materials... also can try to use   T10  T type screw driver &

inserte to a hole right side of back of the service station,   turn left few times & till carriage box moves..

myself saw this code & I did the above & fixed the problem.... maybe printer long time no use & inks toughed

like glue & caused the problem...

2 days ago, I had a Z2100 24" had the same error code, then when I did the above & it came back to life... no error.

Service station price quite expensive & way over $300....
