please help!!!!

i replaced the yellow ink cartridge because it depleted. after changing the same my printer stopped working. a message is show on the printer front screen written "problem with the printer or ink system. turn printer off, then on. if the problem persists, contact HP."  

i follow the instructions from hp support.. but did not help... please help me.

After following the steps if the issue still persist you have to replace the printhead. Have you ever replace it?
