HPZ2100 print preview & quick set up disappeared

Hi Ive just had a rebuild on my PC and lost all previous set ups

Previously when I went into a print job it would run me through to a page set up with lots of HP options on materials, sizes etc... switch off cutter all that sort of thing. I have since lost this page, when I go to print it comes up in preferences with just an A4 page and minimal options, plus no print preview.

Ive loaded the HP utility and that seems fine but ho wdo I get back the HP preview etc.. Ive tried HP preview drivers but that doesnt seem to run me through to the page, help please !!!

You'll probably have to reload the HP driver.  Windows loads a generic driver that will make the printer work but not give you many options.  You should be able to find the driver on this website under "Support Resources" at the top of this page.  You might have to select a different OS since I doubt they've made a driver for Win 10.  Try selecting the Win 7 OS and see if that brings up the driver for you.  Download and manually add the printer using that driver.

To clarify I'm looking for the print preferences pages where I can select materials, switch off the cutter etc.. then get a print preview before going ahead, all of this has been wiped - can you advise the exact name for this facility?

Looked at your link.  I guess I would try the one marked "Recommended" first.  That should give you the menu options you're looking for.  I know how frustrating it can be trying to use the bare bones Windows driver.   

You might want to remove the driver you have on right now, then reboot the computer before you start adding the HP driver.
