My parts lists show this comes standard with a SATA drive. Or are you saying you want to replace the standard drive with an IDE drive? Most designjets require you to purchase the drive from HP as the drives are preformatted and configured.

It maybe that HP has changed the formatter on these units, as the current parts list does not list a separate part for the harddrive, you must purchase a new formatter.
