HP DesignJet Z6dr 44-in PostScript Printer with V-Trimmer

Looking for suggestion, solution or such.

My company owns the HP DesignJet Z6dr PostScript 44 inch machine V-Trimmer and I been having issues with this printer. The warranty is already expired for 2 years, and I have no clue what I am doing wrong or right.

We tried the whole "unplug, wait60 seconds, plug into the wall, turn on, etc. " The tiny screen is black, not working to touch, no paper jams, V-trimmer is not moving (not moving as it usually prints out a colour test paper, now there is nothing), ink cartages are okay and the system fan is only running.

I also notice on my system update on the Windows laptop, there is a message "HP - Printer - 61.2211.1.200  Install Error - 0x800f020b" after my laptop auto updated to Window 11 Pro

What software update do I need? Or Firmware? Please how do I get this machine working again, as other employees are asking to print maps that are HIGHLY needed for our programs!

Your description is a little unclear. Just to clarify, the screen is black, and you see no activity at all? Where the network cable plugs in there should be three less labeled I II III. Please post the status of these three lights.

when I plugged the power cord in, and internet cord, there was a green glow inside (where the network plug ins are) No indication of the three lights being on.

The touch screen is still black. Power button is glowing white. Internet has a green and blinking orange (yellow) light

Let me know if you require further information.

Thank you
