HP Latex R1000 Plus Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Recently while printing two different substrates roll to roll, we have experienced the following error: 1041-0006-0184 (Possible end of roll detected. If so, perform a substrate load. Otherwise, check spindles are inflated, check roll is not detached from core, and perform a substrate load to recover the system.) The rolls were both practically new full rolls of media and the spindles were inflated. The machine would print part of the job then error and stop printing. We had to eventually print the jobs using the Table-Top method. Any suggestions on what may be causing this? thanks

The HP Latex forum would be a better place for your post.
