Download the drive pack from here https://support.hp.com/ca-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-designjet-t120-printer/5263073 and run it.

Hi 

The 120 will run with the win 10 64 bit 130 driver

Search for 

HP Designjet 130 PCL3GUI Driver.
