Welcome to the HP Community --

This printer lacks the Copy Resize feature found in some printers that include a full service touchscreen printer control panel.

At this writing, the HP App (Mobile) lacks a proper print to Scale feature.

Resizing tools for both documents and photos / images are lacking or primitive.

For example, the content can be made to "fill the paper" as described in the printer's user guide.

Nonetheless, the specifications do recommend this option

Try / Consider

• Scan the content at its original size
• Save the scanned content to your device (computer, tablet, phone) 
• Open the saved file in an app or program that includes the concept of printing to Scale

and

• Print the file at the size wanted.

Note that any "print to scale" size task is simpler in Windows where there are several apps and programs that can adjust and print to content of various types to nearly any size wanted -- that is, to Scale (some percentage of 100%).
