Product: HP DesignJet T210 24-in Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

So... trying to use a 12" wide roll on the T210 and getting an error that the paper is too narrow.. So...
What is the minimum width of a Roll that will work??

Specs in the user guide state that an 11 inch roll should work http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06880937.pdf

 

You might have a sensor issue that is causing the failure. Do sheets and wider rolls load ok?

24" rolls work fine, I'll try some smaller sheets
