HP DesignJet T950 36-in Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

I have an HP DesignJet T950 and I’m looking for a way to check the total amount of square meters (m²) printed on the device.

I have accessed the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS) as well as the control panel, but I cannot find any option like "Usage Report" or "Accounting".

Is there a way to see the total printed area? Or is this data available through HP Click, HP DesignJet Utility, or another tool?

I'm writing from Poland and the printer interface is in Polish – maybe the menu names are different. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Thank you for your help!

From the control panel there should be a user information report that will show total sq footage used.

Thanks for your help!

You were right — the control panel includes a "User Information Report" that shows the total printed area in square meters. In my case, this function was not enabled by default, so I had to manually activate the option to track printed area (m²) from the settings.

Once enabled, I could see the total square meters printed directly on the control panel.

Thanks again — your suggestion helped me solve the issue!
