Product: HP DesignJet T830 MFP

Hi There,

I want to configure scan to mail to my HP DesignJet T830 MFP but when i give him manual IP, Subnet mask &  gateway for connecting to server even SMTP server & DNS also given but still it's not working  what should i do ? the error which shows "SMTP Server requires authentication Make sure Smtp username And password are specified."  where i already give him username and password.
