hp 570 latex

My company has had a 570 Latex for a few weeks and we would like to know how we can determine the sq ft per hr we’re getting out of the printer.

We aim to be printing at -least- 150sq ft/hr (10 passes) and up to 245sq ft/hr (6 passes) if the quality is sufficient. The above numbers are based on HP's chart for this printer.

Can anyone give us guidance on what file to use, what size media to use (36 inch? 60 inch?),  how to test the speed at different passes or any other feedback to determine the sq ft per hr? Our sales dept and estimator needs to know the real life capabilities of and how to price jobs output from this machine

To measure the speed you can use self adhesive vynil or whatever material you are planning to use most and prepare at least 10 -15ft and full color image but not only white and only one color image.

- when starting to print image with open curing door - it's slow, after 2-3 ft printer speeds up(unless curing door is closed when starting to print);

- if there's only white image, printer skips white imitating printing;

- printer prints faster wider image than longer ones;

- if image is like 30 in - speed is like 60in image for example...

In printer server menu you can add price and values and see the calculations per print... different for every profile...
