Hi, Kunluncherish.

 

I found a solution and download link in this post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/DesignJet-Large-Format-Printers-and-Digital-Press/How-to-install-drive...

 

I tried many solutions, but this one doesnt leave any important steps out (like the fact that you actually have to install the driver by right clicking). So this one actually works.

 

This worked for me on windows 10, I have no idea id it will work in win 7 though.
