How to replace a printhead on Designjet Z5200?

This question has been asked before, but the manual is no longer available. Our printer will only print pink instead of red so we are wondering if replacing the magenta head will do anything.

Have you done any testing on the printheads?  There should be a diagnostic print you can do that will show how the printheads are working.

There are  three possibilities

1. Faulty  magenta print head ( change print head )

2. Color calibration issue ( please do color calibration, you will find under image quality tab)

3. firmware issue ( please check firmware version under printer information the latest firmware is (03_06_00.8)
