DesignJet T2530
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We had printed a 19 page file with our DesignJet and then deleted the file from our desktop computer. Client needed another copy so we printed from the saved file within the DesignJet's memory. Question: how can I put that saved file on a flash drive? Thanks so much!

Hi,

But remember this file is temporary file until the more file saving, all are count for job print sequential. This is not possible to copy to thumb drive from the printer.

Thanks,
Rashed

Hi,

Unfortunately, the files cannot be downloaded.

But, what you could try is print the document and scan it.

Thanks Mike. Good thought, may do that. How long will that file stay in the HP's memory, in perpetuity?

check your recycle bin, if it is still there & can restore it.

Also check your printer's queque, if it does & can reprint last job.

My Z3200 Q option is from the front panel.

Thanks, what a great thought - the recycle bin! Would not have thought to look there. But alas, all gone.
