hello community for years working with the hp desingjet 130,130nr, 90,90nr plotter models. I tell you my problem. In a plotter it recognizes all the heads except the yellow head and when I transfer all the heads to another plotter it recognizes all of them except the cyan one. then I transfer them to another plotter and it recognizes all of them except the mint. I have already done keeping all the components deep, I have already tested the white data cable, and I have cleaned the heads and the head carriage well.

Can you clarify what you are swapping. This device uses a single printhead assembly that holds 4 ink cartridges, not four individiual printheads.
